Hard Hat: The Rebellion
This game is definitely worth my attention as well as yours. It basically plays pretty much like an old school 8-bit Mega Man game except that you play as a Metool named Hard Hat while the blue bomber is incapacitated. It does use resources from Mega Man, so obviously the graphics are spot on.

Megabot
This game was one of the first Game Maker games that I had ever played that proved to me that you could make good games if you put your mind to it. Megabot is a “near commercial quality” game that is many ways is a tribute to the old Mega Man games from the NES era.

Demolition Kids, the first game created by the creator of Super Snake, is quite a bit like Bomberman. You and one other player are both trying to kill each other. You walk around picking up bombs, and certain powerups, in order to acheive this goal.
